WIN What I Need connects users to 12 categories of free resources. Available in English and Spanish, WIN is free, easy to use, and enables homeless, abused and resource-insecure youth, families, seniors and adults to find and connect to the supportive services they need to stabilize their lives.
Users can search for anything, from food pantries and homeless shelters, to free health services, educational resources and more. And this app is more than a directory- WIN sends users alerts about job fairs and other community events, enables them to offer feedback and connects users to live assistance hotlines through the “I Need Help Now” page.
WIN not only serves homeless, abused and struggling youth, families and adults, the WIN What I Need mobile app is also powerful referral tool for professional’s and others who encounter or serve individuals in need of immediate help or supportive services.
