Poor usability
This ilearning app is for people that work for a living which means learning in breaks and after work. Yet no dark mode and unadjustable tiny text. The apps from the acquisitions (eg LinuxGuru) were better than this.

Horrible & Unuseable
This QA Learning app desperately needs improvement. The biggest issue? Downloaded training materials don’t work offline. If you’re traveling or in a situation without internet—like on a plane—the app fails to load most of the time, as it requires authentication with an internet connection. Even worse, assigned training materials don’t function within the app itself; instead, they redirect you to a browser, which again demands internet access. For those with training deadlines set by their organization, this app is unreliable for learning on the go. While the training content is well-structured and generally up to date, the app itself falls short in an era where accessibility and digital learning should go hand in hand.
