App has not worked correctly for atleast a month and when i call all they say is they are working on it

Worst app
Just installed Google fiber and I have never had worse experience on the app in any other app than Google fiber. It doesn’t work the majority of the time. I can’t get anything done because it will not update the information, constant errors. This is BS
