New ‘billing’ left our nonprofit dead in the water
New billing subscription strategy that became effective July 1, 2025 shut our entire account down--with little to no warning--leaving us with no functionality to use the system, even though we had tons of credits in our account balance saying otherwise. Reached out to rectify and was placed on hold for almost an hour and was forced to leave an email message. Haven't heard back. Worst experience for a loyal, legacy nonprofit customer that has been with them since 2018. Extremely disappointed. There should have been a grandfathering-in process for active customers and not this shutting down of the account and essentially holding us hostage until we pay you more. TERRIBLE, terrible strategy and money grabbing methods. Will likely leave and NOT pay a company that I we have lost faith in their integrity; plenty of competitors out there that work conduct themselves at a higher standard.

Overall ok app… some areas are still clunky like please add the ability to use zoom lenses to scan smaller qr codes.
