Needs to be fixed so you can log in

I’ve had the app for at least 5+ years and haven’t been able to log in at all and when I’ve reached out I’ve been told I should be able to but they won’t give me my information and help, they weren’t much help.

HSA Gate

Claims

I cannot help that I had to have a procedure that the hospital has billed and you cannot process in time for me to use my HSA before the end of the year. I have been transferred so many times and problem still not resolved. Let me roll over the HSA so I can pay it- Not my fault that you cannot process it.
