Claims
I cannot help that I had to have a procedure that the hospital has billed and you cannot process in time for me to use my HSA before the end of the year. I have been transferred so many times and problem still not resolved. Let me roll over the HSA so I can pay it- Not my fault that you cannot process it.

App randomly closes
I’m new to Luminare Health and this app. Both have been monumentally disappointing today. I was given my cards and my whole family shares the same member ID. Both my sons (2 and 6) are sick. I can’t get their meds because of this member ID issue. It’s after hours. The app shuts down whenever I try to send a picture of proof. I hate it here. Guess I’ll try and call someone tomorrow morning. But my first impression of this company is in the gutter. Do better guys.

Disappointed
“Unable to resend options packet at this time.” Packets have been mailed. I only hope that my packet will be forwarded to me as I rely on reading the information, especially after an incident earlier this year that took months to resolve. Disappointed that PSERS didn’t share a change of address with their choice of providers, Luminaire Health.

Worse than useless
Nothing in app works anymore. For a very short time after downloading, it worked fine, but now? Absolutely nothing loads, nothing updates.

Cannot sign in
I just updated my password on the website this morning. But when trying the app, it is saying my information is incorrect. I know for certain that it is not, yet I cannot access my account. I should have seen the other reviews and trusted the users. This app truly is useless. (Edit) after reading all the reviews I see that someone else was having this EXACT issue, five years ago. And the best part? No developer response. You guys are atrocious at providing a functional product, and provide the worst customer support I think I have seen in my entire life.

When you open app and search for doctor and it says select from list below. Does not work. Not convenient.
