App is a Library, Not a Workout Log App
The updated app is an excellent resource for individual exercises. Good video demonstration, great linkage between muscle groups and recommended exercises. Unfortunately, that is all the app is useful for. Keeping track of workouts and progress has regressed from prior versions to be totally useless. Not tracking daily workouts, not loading prior workout weights, inferior user interface. I am now tracking workouts on a spreadsheet and only use the app as a stagnant library. Such a shame to have a large captive customer base and not support it with a dynamic and value added app.
