I was asked to complete my lease by downloading app for my unit. App just crashing every time.

There was a change recently that forces you to pay the full rent amount. There’s an “other” option for putting in a custom amount, but it doesn’t work if it’s less than the full rent amount? For people sharing an apartment, it makes it more difficult to pay. What’s the point of “other” option then? Why make it harder to pay rent?
