Food is awesome but with app it’s hard to capture the $10 discount
The food is great!! But it’s difficult to use a $10 discount … and for takeout orders they still automatically calculate an 18% gratuity… you can adjust that but it’s extra clicks. This app is cumbersome and it’s easier to order on the kiosk in person. Compared with other restaurant apps, this is a 6 out of 10 on ease. I already had my order on the computer but the $10 discount didn’t gave a code so I was required to download the app and then re-enter my entire order and then swipe the area for the $10 off. This extra time of 15 minutes isn’t what most customers want to do. The $10 off didn’t have a transferable code that one could just enter on the website and retyping all the orders in an order on the app to obtain the $10 off isn’t very efficient.
