- Wellness Coaching can facilitate healthy sustainable behaviour change by challenging you to listen to your inner wisdom, identify your values and to transform your goals into actions.

- Personal Training sessions are 1 on1 movement sessions that reflect your goals. Over time you will develop your movement potential to become the strongest version of yourself and to be more functional in your everyday life.

- Group Personal Training are movement sessions for a small amount of participants in the gym at the same time. Together we have fun and work on our individual goals.
