Buyer beware!!
We signed up for Third Home having seen numerous properties that interested us on their app. AFTER we enrolled in the program we learned that virtually NONE of those properties were actually available. We gave two awesome weeks up at our ski-in/ski-out condo that were immediately booked by other Third Home members but were given very few keys to use for a desirable property during peak ski season. As a result, we have nowhere to go with so few keys. For example, there isn’t a single property available in Paris. This is a bait and switch where you don’t get value for what you give.
