Worst customer service
Do not waist your time with this company. There are several way better options. The equipment fails to work half the time. It is impossible to get a technician to come out. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. If I could give them negative stars here I would.

Poor connection and service, can’t get anyone in customer service to answer.
Service was great initially. It has since become absolute garbage. Can’t get in touch with anyone to do anything. Called 3 different times and sat on hold for 41, 33, and 76 minutes with no answer. Lame.
