Good but not great
You can only make a mobile deposit up to 2500 which is annoying and lame in 2025. Also, you are not able to edit a payee in bill pay. Lots of little annoying things that require a call to the bank so you are allowed to have access to your own account. Wells Fargo is way better (and I am not a fan of WF) All banks and Credit Unions I’ve ever used are way more user friendly. This bank needs to do some catching up. If changing auto deposit and payments wasn’t a pain we would have gone to an online bank already. It’s definitely in our future though. Makes moving anywhere so much easier.
