Doesn’t work
The app will not allow me to sign in, reset password, or even create another account

Unreliable, don’t do it.
App commonly doesn’t check me in at the station automatically even though phone is set up to do so. Similarly, I can drive by on a road 200 ft away from the station and the geofence will see it and check me in on the weekend. Check in at the station is similarly unreliable and won’t work a good portion of the time too. As a worker this is so much worse than a card swipe. Stick to simple and reliable if you have the choice.
