This app needs some work
Unfortunately, our expectations were too high when we visited Malmo and wanted to rent bikes to explore the city. It took 15 minutes to unlock a bike from the moment the app was installed. The app is incredibly unintuitive and it takes you back and forth from the app to the site, to your email and back. 15 frickin’ minutes. And when you get the bike unlock you have one hour and then you have to lock it for a bit so you can use it again for an hour. It can’t compare to the neighboring Danish bike renting system.
