Consistent outages
Frequently will not allow login. Poor customer support - no person on phone call. Slow to respond to any effort to communicate. Now, changed from iPhone 13 to iPhone 17 and the app will not open at all. Deleted it, reinstalled from App Store. No good. Touch open &!one flash, then disappears from screen.

App functionality stinks
Constantly updating. Lots of glitches. Not user friendly. But it’s the app the employees are forced to use so no point complaining as there is no other option. The times I asked for help it was good help. But overall the app is not well put together.
