Impossible to Redeem Rewards
I am incredibly over this app! I used to be super loyal to this app until they changed the rewards redemption. You can only renew points for awards at 12pm CT on Thursday’s, and the gift cards are limited. I’ve been signed into the app and have been ready to go before 12pm multiple times and can’t even seem to redeem any of my 120k points. Very frustrating and not really using the app now like I used to.

Don’t bother! This was a great app when I first downloaded it several years ago. Now they have all my information and regularly ask me to activate my offers. They do add points to my account but it does NO good since they only can be redeemed at 1 pm on Thursdays. That would be fine however they are sold out of gift cards in less than 2 seconds.
