I can’t say what can or can’t do. Hell the app is useless, when you can’t login. And the login format is different from the online login, using a browser. Browser > email + password = works App > cell # + password = don’t work ??????????????????????????????????

What makes the app useful if you can’t even activate an account? I was hoping to be able to access my policy documents through the app but can’t even login. This should really be fixed!
