I’m a tenant in a large residential tower. This is the app my tower uses. It should be easy to login after creating an account. It is not. The apps directs you to create an account every time vice simply login. This makes the app useless because I can’t login. The website for this app is just a marketing site (ie there is no account access). The makes the website useless too.
