Can’t open the app
Terrible. I can’t open the app. The partnership with HSBC is about to end, and I can’t even access it to redeem my points.

Emirates Skywards not on programme list
Ridiculous! When you click on the Emirates Skywards exchange button, you see only Qatar Airways and Etihad on the programme list. What a scam!! And when you contact help, they want your confidential details first. Terrible.

Avoid downloading – Unredeemable Travel Points & Terrible Customer Service
I have been trying for weeks to redeem my Air Miles points for a travel reward, but their system has been down for months with no resolution. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to use the points I spent years collecting. This is incredibly frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unresponsive. Calls go unanswered, emails receive only automated replies, and in some cases, they even hang up on you. There is no real assistance, just endless frustration. Air Miles Middle East is failing its customers, and I would strongly advise against relying on their program for travel rewards.

App never works and support team is unhelpful
Honestly, would give zero stars if that was allowed this app never works and the live chat support team is super unhelpful. I cannot access years worth of credit card points. I’m so disappointed and I wish HSBC of UAE would find a different credit card point provider because this app and company is awful.

Very bad for a app only service
Really needs lots of improvement to work well. When, for instance, looking for a hotel and you get the list of results and you click on one hotel for more info, there is no back button to get back to your search results. 🤯 You click the back arrow and then end up on the home page again. Then you need to launch an entire new search again, really not convenient at all for booking travel.
