The download of The TRANSFORM App is free of charge. You will receive your first 7 days of transformation absolutely free, during which time you will have complete access to all of the app’s features. If you choose to continue with your transformation, your credit card will be charged based on the duration of your selection at purchase.
1). Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
2). Subscriptions may be managed by the user by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
3). Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Good app, when it works!
I have used this app with good results off and on since it was created. I recently tried to rejoin and the app gets hung up when I try to sign-up for a monthly subscription. Quite unfortunate. I have tried the KEPT app, and while it’s good, transform Better aligns with my needs.

Continued Decline - No Customer Concern
I really enjoyed this app for many years; however over the past 2 yrs the quality and progress declined. When I started, I list a lot of weight using the workouts and really great recipes. Over time, my progress dropped and recommended adjustments didn’t help. It also seemed like more “shakes” and “supplements” were pushed and added to the meal lists instead of refreshing actual recipes. I decided to cancel my subscription in 2023 and try something different. When I got a “RENEWAL” charge for another year yesterday, I was very upset. I went to my account and it showed last frilled April 2023. Then I realized that my account was DUPLICATED onto another “Legacy” platform where I saw an active renewal for another year. I guess it’s MY fault for getting caught up in the confusion of multi-platforms and personal life debacles of Chris & Heidi’s business ventures that I missed all the switching and moving of my accounts. I reached to customer service kindly requesting they cancel and refund based on the confusion and was basically told “SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK” and “educated” on the policies that were communicated. That’s fine Transform; you got me for another year, wasting my money, but now instead of selling your product as something that was great and helped me for a long time and “worth a try”……..I will advise 100% away from your platform, process, and especially “customer care”. Forcing me to keep your product is a show of greed and lack of customer concern. My request was sent IMMEDIATELY, not after I continued to use the product expecting something after I already engaged with it. Here’s a recommendation; next time you duplicate an account; get rid of the old one and force a new login so people have clarity on what’s going on.

Kept charging me randomly years later after I stopped using the app. Watch your charges on your Credit Card! I stopped using this app in 2021 and they randomly without permission charged my credit card twice this year even after I called them and they said they removed my credit card from their system. Clearly they lied. I did give 2 stars because the idea of the program has helped a lot of people it just did not help me which is why I canceled. Otherwise, I would have only given one star
