I wish I could see if any lab work has been requested, when it’s due and which Dr requested. Often Dr will place an order and tell me to get it done before next appointment which may not be for 6-9 months. I have gone to the lab twice thinking I had lab orders but I was wrong and didn’t need to be there Thanks Sheryl

Remarkably effective
I have found the Sutter Health online application to work flawlessly. I can submit questions or request through the application and get very timely responses from my Healthcare Team. I can get after visit summaries within an hour of leaving the office and it contains details of things that I may have forgotten during the conversation so I find that really helpful. The one feature it doesn’t have is the ability to switch between users. I provide support for my adult daughter with disabilities and it would be helpful to be able to toggle between my online portal and my daughters without having to exit the application and re-enter it using her profile details.
