The app should stop making reviews mandatory
Perhaps send a notification after the delivery is made to ask for a rating, instead of making it mandatory at first load of the app.
Pretty app but no show pickup
First attempt with the app had pickup between 1-2pm. At 4pm it started saying pickup was 2-3 min away. Never changed. Messaged driver directly. No reply. Sat at home all afternoon waiting. 24 hours later and still no updates. Simple solution: Cancelled. App deleted.
Poor customer service
They lost one of my Theory dress (Imagine how much it costs?) And just say sorry and did not do anything much. Also rejected to dry clean couple of my clothes while still charging for delivery fee. If you do not know how to dry clean, maybe you should not run this kind of business.
Not able to register
I don’t have a local singapore phone number so this app won’t even let me register using an international number. I really wanted to use this service, but not letting people without a SG number register is such a bad design!
Excellent Concept, poor QA, poor customer support
I’ve used the service for almost 2 months, but I’ve decided to stop because Piing just isn’t able to follow very simple customer preferences set in the app’s own preferences settings. 5 times, I’ve received my pants ironed the wrong way (no crease). Even after returning it several times for a re-press, it happened again and again.
It’s unfortunate because I liked the concept so much that I setup weekly scheduled pickup. As my clothes have spent longer with them (being re-pressed) than in my closet, I’ve had enough so I cancelled and I’ll warn others that Piing will likely ignore your preferences so aren’t trust worthy.
What makes me write this review is that customer support has ignored my last 3 emails although they promised to call. While initial customer service was polite, ignoring emails and not addressing the matter is unprofessional. Customers beware.

Good app that needs tweaks
I like this app and the process does but I have two issues with it that need tweaking. 1) allow a country code option for tourists when asking for a cell phone number. I couldn't be contacted because the app wouldn't allow the country code for my cell number and few tourists who select the tourist option will have a Local number. 2) don't have the app automatically say "will arrive in 3 minutes" if the driver is stationary at possible a laundry facility or another drop off. If they stay stationary for 30 minutes, the app still says "will arrive in 3 minutes" the entire time. Other than those two things, I think this is a good app and fairly easy to use service, especially for tourists.
Great concept, awful execution
App works great, except those times when it doesn't work at all are far more frequent.
Messages in the app are sometimes ambiguous (when I request a pickup and I'm told "it's time for Netflix") and sometimes misleading (I'm told cleaner x is available, but then I request and it starts searching for available cleaners). I've also had an array of cleaners call and cancel or cancel strait away.
Long story short, it's not clear to me that anyone who works on this app uses it regularly, because the UX flaws are that pervasive.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service. The clothes are washed and folded the way I wanted it to be done. They smell great too..
I dare not forget about the delivery guys.. who were super sweet.. during pickup/ dropoff of my clothes.
You won't be disappointed.
