Very basic app, not worth the subscription fee
I used to use another app, which had very defined breathing patterns. The only thing you could change was the timer for the pattern. This one allows you to modify the length of inhale, hold, and exhale, which is nice, and made me think that it might be worth keeping. The main reason I decided against it is that I like to breathe with my eyes closed, and the music they used to indicate inhale versus exhale doesn’t clearly indicate to me when to switch.
