We switched to Verizon Business after being persuaded, and have had multiple problems: mostly with lost turned-in phones, improper billing due to those lost phones that were shipped without proper tracking and inadequate service reception along with promised extenders (for the poor service areas) that were never shipped or received. Trying to straighten this out has taken countless hours and we’re still hooked into the arrangement for about 2 more years.

Complicated
Very confusing and not clear for customers. There is too much information and it is hard to understand what we are paying for. The fees are not explained clearly, and every few months our monthly bill keeps increasing without clear reasons. It is also very difficult to dispute charges or make any changes to the bill because the system is too complicated and customer support can't explain and no solving. The app should be simpler and more transparent so customers can understand their charges
