Priorities are all wrong
I’ve never seen so many bought off reviewers, geeze have our society has reach another new low. Anyway, this app has so many flaws to conduct business for your own account. My company can never manage any of the benefits/perks for my employees and my management group has a terrible time trying to keep status on all our devices via this app. I don’t know where T-mobile decided to put its rich board members priorities above its customers, but it’s now showing with us customers getting screwed more and more. I feel like T-mobile and AT&T hooked up one night and now T-mobile is using AT&T playbook on how to lie and take advantage of its customers. This App is one of T-Mobile’s newest failing and I predict many more will be coming. Like when they receive that less than 12% growth mark in new customers and now have to figure out how to pay for their new cell towers they blasted across the world. American and Canadians will be paying for it for sure. Watch you bills, they’ll go up or forced new contracts with “special incentives” will be shoved down our throats. I’m jumping ship, Deutsche Telekom AG (owners and heavily government subsidized company that owns T-Mobile, for those who don’t know) will no longer have access to my money, I’m keeping it in North America instead.

Please fix notifications
I prefer using my SyncUP drive as a separate app, but I keep getting double notifications from the t-life app no matter how many times I turn it off. I’ll give up and turn off notifications on the SyncUP app, and suddenly the t-life app doesn’t want to send notifications as well. And based on the reviews, the notifications are a common problem. Fix this.
