App kept saying Request could not be completed when I asked to hire after I registered. Frustrating.

The App just doesn’t work
I’ve tried to register a dozen times. The app tells me it can’t continue or simply freezes on the page that would offer an opportunity to submit ID. I hope the bikes work better than the IT.
