Device is BRICKED
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP OR SMART VIDEO FEEDER DEVICE It has been a few months and haven't had much issues. But for the past month and a half, device does not work through app. It keeps requiring a 4 MB update which always times out. I have yet to successfully download this update. I opened a ticket in the app, no response. prompted multiple times but no response. What is the point of the app if the service does not work and no assistance is provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP OR SMART VIDEO FEEDER DEVICE
