Fun but not fair
Too much weird creatures that aren’t really fighting but are being defended because players pay a lot for them. The game is fun if you don’t care about your ego cause the raids aren’t fair. I won my trophies and have same power and still they made me lost. I think you should teach your gamers to know how to play instead of teaching them how to buy and buy. I know that’s the business but your core players have their own magic too. Maybe you can fix balance and fairness in the raids the same way you did with the quests.
