Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate specified above. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase. No longer good
This used to be really great, but now it no longer transcribes correctly.

Transcription is horrible
The Audio Note App feature in the voice recorder does not accurately transcribe my notes, achieving only about 30% to 50% accuracy. I have used it for six classes, and the transcriptions are useless. In contrast, I have used the Voice Memo app on my Apple device, providing about 80% to 90% accuracy in transcriptions. The Voice Memo app is included with the Apple iPhone, so there’s no need to spend extra money. The only valuable part of this app is that you can purchase version one, which allows you to relisten to where you took the notes if you need to, and fix a part of your note that was written not as expected.
