Do not rely on this as transport

The app does not recognize when I return a bike. Not only does this mean that my tab keeps running for hours on end, but I can’t rent another bike out until the issue is resolved. The support team has VERY limited hours, and the in-app report feature simply does not work, meaning that I’m now stranded and have to take a $50 uber. This is seriously screwed up. Update: due to this chronic and yet-unaddressed issue, I have had multiple deeply unpleasant encounters with the poorly trained, rude, and emotional support team. I’ve learned that this “service” is run by a contractor called Bicycle Transit Systems. Bad customer service can be tolerated if the service itself is functional and vise versa, but in this case, both are seriously flawed.

Poor locking mechanisms

Bike sometimes doesn't register as returned and you're on the hook for $2500.
