About US Army Reserve Leader Toolkit

Our headquarters is organized at Fort Douglas, Utah. Our units provide general, surgical, dental, ambulance, behavioral health, preventive maintenance, and veterinary support to Army units and to civilian populations.

We are the dedicated medical support to Southern Command as well as conduct military and humanitarian operations yearly in Africa, South and Central America, Asia, and Europe.

Overview
Born on the battlefield, the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) provides medical support to US allies across the globe.

As the US Army Reserve shifts from a strategic force to an operational reserve, We are capable of employment and deployment alongside its active duty counterpart.

We now have our sights on fulfilling the operational support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the rise of Theater Medical Engagements.

Not only are we providing much needed medical assistance on the front lines, we are providing both medical and humanitarian aid in South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and in Africa. Medical Diplomacy is a major component of the our command.
