The add picture function does not work. Dragging an image file does not work and the entire window dims when the add button is clicked. Disappointing for a food donation app!

Do your part to help fight hunger in Philadelphia!
I used to live in Philadelphia and one of the things that I immediately noticed upon moving into the City of Brotherly Love was the amount of people sleeping outside. At the subway stations. On building steps. At the park. Places not meant for human habitation. Given these observations, I'm led to believe that access to daily meals is just as great of a problem for these folks. So kudos to the wonderful team at Food Connect for creating such a critical mobile app. It's simple, functional and well designed--all the makings of a great effective mobile app. I'll also reveal that one of the founders is one of my best friends, so I can vouch first hand that she and her teammates have working tiredly on this project. Some even while balancing full time jobs. When passion is thrown into the mix, you know there's something special happening. And there certainly is. First Philadelphia, then the rest of the world 🌎🙌🏾
