About HART HyperLINK
HyperLINK will connect you from your home or workplace to the HART transit network. We’ll pick you up in a clean shuttle and take you to the bus stop, or anywere else in the service area! You'll be paired with other people traveling in the same direction. Pay through your smartphone, or pay in the vehicle with cash. Your fare will be $1 if you're going to a bus stop, and $3 if you're going anywhere else.
Take HyperLINK to the bus stop on your way out, and let HyperLINK take you home on the way back.
Our drivers are fully licensed and certified, with strict background and drug tests. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available - we are fully ADA compliant!
Available now in Temple Terrace, the University area, and Brandon. $1 fares to or from the following bus stops: University Area Transit Center, Temple Terrace City Hall, 56th / Busch Boulevard, 56th / Bullard Parkway, 56th / Fletcher Ave, Brandon Mall, Brandon Hospital. All other trips are $3 per passenger
This app uses GPS location to match you with nearby drivers. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This app is the worst app I have ever used
The app simply doesn’t work I don’t know why this is still in the App Store or who even made such a terrible app. A monkey perhaps? Doesn’t let you create an account says error encountered. Made an account via the website and tried to log in using the credentials on the app. Can you guess what happened? Yes it says error encountered. Really useless
Still waiting in Florida
Never works
As a taxpayer this county, a very disappointed you can’t even make your app work. I rode the bus for the first time the other day, and I’ve lived here since 1996. The bus wasn’t crowded until we stopped at the bus stop for another bus was broken down in the middle of the street and then all of a sudden the bus was overfilled. Nothing like the smell of urine, body odor and weed to get your morning started right.
