Could be better
The app is helpful in being able to see where my mom is. However, the user should get an alert to their phone from the app if the person uses the emergency button or has a fall (if fall detection is part of the service). Only getting alerts on the form of email type messages that have to be read is useless and not helpful in the case of an emergency.

Wrong date, can’t change!
The date on this app is reading 11/17/2025, and unable to change even if deleting the app, then downloading it again! Please fix!
