Efficient and well priced
I've been using Prime Time Shuttle exclusively for the last 4 years for my multiple trips to LAX each year. Great communication, reminders, and easy to communicate with drivers. The app works great and gives me everything I need for a smooth ride and peace of mind on travel days. I highly recommend this app and this service provider.

Worst Service Ever
I guess I really only have myself to blame for this one star review. It’s the second time we’ve used this company. They were terrible the first time and even worse the second time so shame on me for thinking it would be any different. If you book a private shuttle, there is no guarantee that they will be there on time to pick you up. Which could be understandable if they were a few minutes late, but we’ve been waiting on the curb of LAX for over an hour. And it’s not exactly a service that you book on the fly. I’ve had this reservation for a month now. absolutely abysmal company and even worse Customer service. you would be better off hitchhiking to and from the airport.
