I am in London and at a pub that uses this app. It required me to have an account to order from the table. After I downloaded the app I tried to sign up but there was no pre-fix for the US code (+01) in the pick list. I was not able to sign up so we had to leave the pub. Not sure if this is a known problem or something done on purpose. Very disappointing.
