A shady app for shady insurance companies

Nothing about this was fast or easy. I got sent a link to download this mysterious app in order to submit my claim. My parked car got hit by a limo driver and I was lucky to get his info. Or so I thought, Insured by Philadelphia with expired information. I was forced to use this app, take several photos and left hanging because nobody contacted me after. This app oddly doesn’t ask for your contact info, nor gives you any confirmation of claim received or status. You’re just left wondering. You then have to do the leg work of calling and emailing all parties. I do not know what my estimate was and definitely no idea when they’ll be mailing a check. This app is just a filibuster.
