How long do you hold the plank for?

The developer needs to add info in order for this app to be useful. What is the number in front of each exercise? Is it reps, or seconds holding the position? Please explain.

Confusing

It looks great, but it doesn't say how long to do each move; at least on the first one, I ready the instructions and didn't see how long to do the move so I hit the X thinking a timer might start, but it said "congrats you did it." :( If you are using the number in front of the exercise as repetitions, you need to clarify that in the instructions by saying "hold for "X Seconds, then go back to starting position. Repeat X times." Thank you!
