About SmartAgent Personal Assistant
SmartAgent personal assistant is a mobile application that enables travel agents to maximize their business value while delivering an excellent service to their customers.
Being optimized for mobile devices, SmartAgent offers an intuitive and easy to use user interface, allowing agents to perform operations on PNRs with a single click using a secure encrypted connection.
SmartAgent takes advantage of mobile push notifications in order to notify the travel agent when a truly important event occurs. SmartAgent’s operations are performed in real time directly on the GDS system.

Available in this version:
1. Reprice event when an available lower fare is found
Planned for next major release:
1.Ticketing due event when ticketing deadline is reached
2.PNR/ segment cancellation when an HX status is received from the airline
PNR Reprice
1. Backend reprice process supporting both automatic and manual repricing of PNRs.
2. Receive re-price notifications as mobile notifications or by email.
3. Perform manual reprice directly from the mobile device with a single click.
Move notifications in and out of the reprice queue with a single click.
Notification display
1. Recent notification tab displaying all notifications which have recently arrived.
2. Per event type notification tab with a distinction between operation pending and operation complete notification types.
3. Search for a notification using free text.
4. Share notifications from within the application with a single click.
5. Drill down to detailed PNR display.
Restrictions
1. A pre-configuration and a business agreement are required in order to use SmartAgent.
2.Agency approval must to be granted in order for a travel agent to use SmartAgent.
