Worst app for the worst bank
DIB is one of the worst banks I have ever used in any country. Their app is outdated, cannot be registered on newer iPhones, and has frequent downtime almost every other week. Sometimes transactions fail but the money gets deducted from the account and takes a month to be refunded. Their helpline is almost 100% useless and never resolves any issue; their response is always “visit a branch” but when you visit their office the employees are just as clueless. Amazing incompetence.

Please fix this bug, i go to my email to get the otp code when i come back to app it generates new code. Does someone even test the app??
