The App is useless
Endless biometric verification without success. Honestly, it does nothing other than wasting your time.

Design is good BUT no quality checks & Support.
1. Sending Transactions - two messages english and swahili are sent to user. 2. Receive Transactions - two messages english and swahili are sent to user; 3. Every bank notice - two messages english and swahili are generated for the user; 4. Default Language on app and USSD Banking - set to English; but mini; history and statement is mixed in english and swahili for the user; 5. Default Account on App - Profiles/Set Default Account - does not work; you have to lock on everytime you login; 6. Cannot Save Domestic Bank Accounts and frequent mobile numbers on Favorites on App; 7. Notifications messages are highly delayed and when received are dirty and cluttered denying clear message to user. NOTE - I have made efforts to contact more than 6 IT and Products staff since June 2025 and they have done absolutely NOTHING!!
