Waste of time and waste of money
Please don’t install or use this app it’s been 3days from delivery date every morning i get a msg about my order is on the way delivery and after the whole day i get a msg about our team has tried to reach you but we can’t and from 3-4 days I’m noticing that there is not a single call from delivery boy it’s just rubbish don’t use ut

Customer service (robot) is referring to Paytm Mall App to cancel order. There the option is not clickable. Very bad service (no person to talk to) and App!
