Before we had this phone system it was easy to remotely retrieve voice messages and to change voicemail greetings. This app has succeeded in making something that was easy rather difficult.

I am excited for the ability to text our customers now, but I believe there is an Apple issue. When creating an external chat, I cannot “paste” a phone number. Our android users are able to copy a customer cell phone number, then “paste” it into the chat recipient. Please get this fixed. Even better, if you could make my phone recognize that I have a texting app. So when I’m in my Apple calendar looking at a customer I’m about to meet with. If I long press their phone number it gives me the option to call or text that person. It would be AMAZING if that also gave the option to “text with Linkus” and “call with Linkus”. If that’s possible then forget about the pasting issue.
