Cartana TS is a purpose-built tablet device that can work with Cartana POS platform for any restaurants, large or small. It can be used by the table side to take dine in orders or to check in customers in a waiting list. It is networked with other devices deployed at a restaurant to route orders to kitchen printers or network printers anywhere at the restaurant. To register your Cartana TS, you need a Cartana Cloud account.
Setup: After the registration, login with your employee id and pin. Setup the preference you want to use this iPad by "Admin" screen.
"Dine-in" order: Click "Dine-In", you will see rooms and tables the same way you see on MASTER POS or WORKSTATION POS, simply click a table to start the ordering screen.
"Print": Print function will send the order to the printers connected to MASTER POS. It works the same way as the POS.
"Pay": You can create payment record for credit card only.
"Check-in": It is very convenient to check in those guests who are on the wait list. You can assign the table for them and take the order for them by the table. Very soon, Cartana members can take dine-in orders by themselves.
