Love this app
I love this app for learning languages. I’ve tried many apps and this one is definitely one of my favorites. This app works the best if you know a couple basics of the language. I would rate it 5 stars but the app glitches pretty often. The forward arrow disappears and doesn’t allow me to continue learning. Instead I have to start over, sometimes multiple times which is annoying

useless app with the worst support in the industry
I am trying to find a replacement to duolingo so i tried this. I was on a trial and did a few lessons. It was good, not as good as duolingo, which I hate. My trial automatticaly converted to a 80/year plan when what I wante was the 40/plan. There is no customer service, only an email address that goes unread. I have sent 5 emails over the weeks asking if they would let me go to the other subscription only to be ignored every time. I hate this company with no character and no decency and i hope you do not spend any money with them.
