Fix your app!!
Trying to signup, gives me an error message. Then says I’m already signed in (when I’m not). Try to reset my password (which I never got to set). Try to lookup my username (which never let me) I stopped trying, let me know when you get the kinks out!!

There is no way to find out the price of the ride
I’m not sure if this is a metered fare or not, sadly it doesn’t seem you have any idea how much the ride will cost when you order it.
