Millions of FAKE user bot accounts & ZERO customer support. It’s a joke & now with ads everywhere
Webull has an army of millions of bot farms to make it seem like anyone’s using their app. It’s ALL fake. Webull completely complicit with these click farm bots & says all accounts are real. How much are these bot farms making to spam every ticker on its app 24/7? Please add a report bot button, cause reporting them does nothing. There is NO customer support- ZERO. NONE. You get shuffled around via different automated “customer assistants” who don’t answer ANY questions & they are never the same “person” & they can’t even thread emails or messages & then they close the thread with no resolution. When you call you get put on a waiting list & when they finally call back they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about & say there’s nothing they can or will do. The app is infested with MILLIONS of bot accounts (not an exaggeration)that are left up to the user to report (absurd that they can’t monitor their own users). These bots spam promo post constantly & post fake gains. It’s so blatantly obvious that they are fake. These bots harass you, cuss you out & tell you to perform sex acts on them & even promote suicide! They really expect you to report millions of fake accounts. And the best part is that after you report the fake accounts, nothing happens, they just carry on as if nothing happened. What is the point of reporting? What sorta busted system is this? Now, imagine if these bots are trading against you!Webull should be glad you can’t upload pix in the reviews. The non existent CS “reps” tell you they refuse to communicate with you anymore & say that it’s a closed matter that will no longer be discussed. There’s also ads above your holdings. There’s tons wrong with this app, this is just a small snapshot. They banned & then locked me out of my account for no reason & with no notification whatsoever. Webull also becomes unusable & you get locked out of trades due to reliance on AWS failures. Will users be compensated, doubt it since you can’t contact or actually communicate with any real customer service reps. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

WARNING READ THIS BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THIS APP
If you love limitations, outdated behavior, and paying just to see what your own trades are doing, then Webull is the perfect disappointment for you! 🙄 This app hides basic market info behind a paywall, so if you don’t subscribe you have to manually refresh the screen just to see real-time moves on your own positions — something every other broker gives for free. And don’t think paper trading (simulated practice trading) is any different — yep, same annoying limitations and paywalls, like they really want to charge you for practicing basic trading. Before, paper trading used to work without this nonsense, but now it feels like they broke it on purpose just to squeeze money out of users. Unlike Robinhood, which lets you buy and sell using settled AND some unsettled funds (giving instant buying power on new deposits and cash after a sale), Webull’s rules feel outdated and annoying if you’re trying to actually trade without waiting forever for everything to settle. Robinhood’s system means you can use your money instantly after closing a position or depositing funds, and even move it out to your bank without weird holds — something Webull doesn’t handle as smoothly. Customer support? Good luck. Tons of users talk about slow replies, unresolved issues, and denied help when things go wrong. The interface has glitches, basic investment features are missing or buried, and it feels half-finished while still trying to charge you extra just to see what’s happening with your own cash. And if you care about trust, remember Webull has faced fines and controversy over how it handled options approvals and customer complaints — not exactly reassuring when you’re trusting them with your money. In short, Webull pretends to be a modern trading app, but between paywalls for basic features, annoying settlement rules, weak support, and needless limitations, it feels like a step backward compared to other brokers that give you real trading freedom without constantly hitting you with hidden walls. Avoid unless you enjoy frustration.
