File Management Application
The file management application has been developed in order to meet the need of institutions and organizations to store, organize and share files with other in-house personnel through a secure environment via mobile devices.
The File Management System can be used on the in-house server or it has been developed to provide an independent cloud service for individual users or groups over a central system.
General features of the file management application are as follows:
Authentication and authorization with username password.
Ability to support Active Directory / LDAP based users and groups.
Ability to store personal or corporate documents securely on the server.
Ability to upload files to the system by scanning files or taking photos on the device camera.
Ability to upload files to the system from the device gallery.
Ability to upload files on iCloud to the system.
Ability to upload scanned or selected files to the system in a different and desired format.
Ability to adjust the size and appearance before uploading the files.
Quick access to the last processed files.
Ability to view files without the need to take it out from its application storage location.
File and directory structure and properties can be changed within user authorizations and permissions. (Changing of a file name, moving between folders, creating new, deleting, editing existing files and directories)
Ability to share files with other users through shared directories.
