Worked the first time never worked again

Do not buy anything from Aukey
If you just bought a device by Aukey, return it! Their software doesn’t work properly and they don’t provide any support at all. App constantly drops your device from your account, app often can’t connect to the watchtower server, and it literally never gets updated. This company is a sham and a scam.
