Love the event, but the app…
I’m not rating the event itself, just the app. It’s very glitchy and it seems like it wasn’t planned very well. The layout of the whole app is very confusing and most of the buttons either barely work or simply don’t work at all. Some of the buttons you have to press several times for it to actually work. Also, if you go into mail inside the app and open a message, there is a back button at the top left of the screen but it’s so high up that half of the button is off the screen. The app overall is very all over the place and needs a lot of work. Also, when I’m scrolling through the events, sometimes it’ll suddenly just close the entire app for no reason and take me to my Home Screen. Once I go back into the app I have to scroll all the way back down the poorly made events list. There are also ads that will come up when you start the app and it’s like come on, you don’t need full pop-up ads here. There are some other things but that’s some of the problems with the app.

Lame & Not Easy to Navigate
The event is pretty lame, trying to stick so much in a small area. This event had too many people in one location, especially on the main floor where it was very difficult to exit the main floor. Having only one exit on the main floor means that many people will get injured if there was an emergency. The app itself is difficult to navigate and the info I want to find is difficult to get to. I was trying to find info on the panels and it was only slightly able to be found in an easy to read format if I searched “panel”, but as soon as I entered a panel to read info and tried to navigate back to the list, I would end up at a very different area of the app. This leads me to say that the panels are inconveniently located away from the main PensaCon location, where you are expected to take a trolly, which the wait is at least 30 minutes. Like I said, it was pretty lame experience for me and I didn’t feel my money was well spent to attend this event. The app did not help me enjoy the event in any way whatsoever
